Poster/demo presentations:

Awards: The best oral presentation and the best poster/demo are selected by the audience, and awarded by a research travel grant of 800 euros.

Registrations: To coordinator Riikka Ahola by January 30th. Please inform if you need accommodation and if you have any food allergies or special diets.

Accommodation: hotel possibility Thu-Fri in double rooms, Best Western Hotel Savonia

Costs: iBioMEP pays travel (by train /bus / cheapest) and accommodation costs to its student members! Keep all the travel receipts. Daily allowances cannot be paid by iBioMEP. Coffee and lunch are included.
